Purchases and Refunds
Are refunds available for online courses?
All sales for our online courses are final. We do not offer refunds on any online course purchases. We encourage you to review the full course details on each course page before enrolling so you know exactly what you're getting.
Can I transfer my course to someone else?
No, courses purchased through The Brow Fixx Academy are non transferable. Each course purchase is intended for the individual buyer only.
How do I redeem a coupon or promo code?
Just enter your promo code in the coupon field during checkout. The discount gets applied automatically before you complete payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other popular online payment methods. Everything is processed securely at checkout.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes. Once your purchase is complete you'll get a confirmation email with your receipt and all the details of your transaction.
How do I access my course after I buy it?
You'll get an email right after checkout with login instructions. You can also sign in to your account on our website and find your courses under the "My Courses" section anytime.
Accessing Courses and Certificates
How do I access my online course after purchase?
After you complete your purchase you'll receive an email with instructions on how to log in and access your course. You can also go to the "My Courses" section in your account at any time to start or continue your training.
Do I need any special software to take the courses?
Nope. All of our online brow lamination courses and lash lift training courses run right in your web browser. You can access them from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. No downloads needed.
How long do I have access to the course?
You get lifetime access. Once you purchase a course it's yours forever. You can learn at your own pace and come back to review lessons whenever you need a refresher.
What happens if I forget my login details?
No worries. Just click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password. You'll get an email with a link to create a new one.
Will I receive a certificate when I complete the course?
Yes. When you finish the course you'll receive a printable certificate of completion. You can use it in your salon, share it on social media, or include it in your professional portfolio. This applies to our lash lift certification online, brow lamination certification, and eyebrow waxing certification courses.
Does this certification allow me to legally perform services?
Our certificate verifies that you've been trained in lash lift, brow lamination, or eyebrow waxing techniques. However, some states require a separate professional license to perform these services. We always recommend checking with your state's regulatory board to make sure you're in compliance before offering services to clients.
How do I get my certificate after finishing the course?
Once you complete all the modules and pass any required assessments, your certificate is automatically generated. You can download it from the "My Courses" section in your account.
Is there a deadline to complete the course?
There's no deadline at all. Our online beauty courses are completely self paced so you can go through the material whenever it works for you and finish on your own schedule.
