Exchange Policy
Product Exchanges
- We offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong product.

- The original product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for both return shipping and new shipping costs.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
- Contact support@thebrowfixxacademy.com with your order number and the product you’d like to exchange.
- Once approved, ship your unopened item back using a trackable shipping method.
- After receiving and verifying your return, we will process your new order.
- You’ll receive an invoice for the shipping cost of your new item.
⚠️ Note: We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If your requested product is out of stock, we will process a standard return instead.

What Is NOT Considered Defective?
