Exchange Policy

Product Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong product.
  • The exchange must be for an item of equal value.
  • The original product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for both return shipping and new shipping costs.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact support@thebrowfixxacademy.com with your order number and the product you’d like to exchange.
  2. Once approved, ship your unopened item back using a trackable shipping method.
  3. After receiving and verifying your return, we will process your new order.
  4. You’ll receive an invoice for the shipping cost of your new item.

⚠️ Note: We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If your requested product is out of stock, we will process a standard return instead.


Return Eligibility Guidelines

Online Course Refunds

  • All online courses purchased from The Brow Fixx Academy are non-refundable.
  • Please carefully review course details and requirements before purchasing.

We Accept Returns When:

  • Products are in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Returns are initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are shipped using USPS with tracking (GoShippo recommended).
  • Order number and customer information are included with the return.
  • Items are sent to our designated return facility.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Packages lost during return shipping.
  • Items damaged due to improper return packaging.
  • Products returned outside the 30-day window.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective Items

What Qualifies as a Defective Item?

  • Visible shipping damage to the outer packaging that compromises product usability or safety.
  • Manufacturing defects, including:
    • Leaking or broken containers
    • Damaged applicators
    • Empty or partially filled products sold as full-size items

What Is NOT Considered Defective?

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with product results.
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity.
  • Products damaged after delivery or through improper use.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Color variations within our standard range.

If You Receive a Defective Product:

  1. Contact support@thebrowfixxacademy.com within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Include photos of the defective item and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. If verified as defective, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  4. A replacement will be issued once the defective product is received.
  5. We cover return shipping costs for defective items.
